Fumigation Services

Penetrate inaccessible areas for pests

Whole-structure fumigation is the most effective way to eliminate termites from your property. The fumigant gas is able to penetrate into walls, crevices, and other inaccessible areas that aren’t able to be seen or reached in a standard inspection.

Once the fumigation tent is removed, the gas will dissipate into the atmosphere and will not damage the ozone layer. The entire fumigation process generally takes 3 days to complete.

Comprehensive 3-day process

What to expect with fumigation

Day 1: Setup

Our crew will install the fumigation tarps and fans, and then seal the structure to prevent any unwanted leaks. The fumigant gas will be released.

Day 2: Ventilation

On day 2, our team returns to the property and begins ventilating the structure. The tent will stay up as a safety precaution during the ventilation process.

Day 3: Certification

Our experienced fumigation crew will return and remove tarps, fans, and tents, and then we will test the air to certify the home is ready for re-entry.

Frequently asked questions

Our fumigant gas calculations are targeted specifically for drywood termites. There is a chance it may affect other bugs and pests, but we only guarantee that it will work on termites.

It can take up to five days after fumigation for all the termites to die, so if you spot a few remaining live ones don’t panic. By the end of the five days, all termites should be eliminated.

No – the ingredients in our fumigant gas does not deplete the ozone layer. Once a property is ventilated, the gas rapidly dissipates to non-detectable levels.

We generally recommend you remove indoor plants from the property before fumigation, just to be safe. Although they may not necessarily die, we cannot guarantee their survival.

No – there is no residue left from the gas, so washing items is not necessary.
